Choose the size by your dog's neck measurement. Every size is adjustable within its range.

Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.

How to measure:

• Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of your dog's neck, where the collar normally sits.
• Add about 2–3 cm (1 in) so you can slide two fingers under the collar comfortably.
• Go by neck size first; weight is only a guide. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.

The collar has a dedicated pocket that holds an Apple AirTag securely during walks and play, so you can see your dog's location in the Find My app on your iPhone.

• No monthly fees: AirTag uses Apple's Find My network at no extra cost.
• Compatibility: Works with iPhone through the Find My app.
• Water resistance: AirTag is rated IP67, fine in rain and splashes. The collar is suede: avoid long swims and wipe it dry after it gets wet.
• Coverage: AirTag updates its location using nearby Apple devices, so it works best in cities and towns. In remote areas updates may be less frequent, which is why the engraved ID tag is included as a backup.

Why an AirTag collar instead of a microchip?
A microchip only helps after someone finds your dog and takes it to a vet. An AirTag lets you see where your dog is directly from your phone, and the engraved tag lets anyone who finds your dog contact you right away.

Can I use an AirTag as a dog tracker?
Yes, many owners use an AirTag to keep track of their dog. AirTag is not a live GPS tracker: it shares its location through nearby Apple devices in the Find My network, so it works best in towns and cities. For real-time tracking in remote areas, a GPS tracker with a subscription is the better fit.

Does the AirTag dog collar work with Android?
AirTag works with iPhone only. Android users can still use the collar and engraved name tag, but won't see the dog's location.

Will the AirTag fall out?
The AirTag sits inside a dedicated pocket designed to hold it securely during walks and play.

What's engraved on the tag?
Your dog's name and your phone number, exactly as you enter them on this page.

Is the collar safe and comfortable?
Yes. The soft suede is gentle on fur and skin, and the AirTag sits flat inside the pocket, so there's nothing dangling to snag on fences or get chewed.

Is the collar waterproof?
The AirTag is water resistant (IP67), so rain and splashes are fine. The collar is suede, so it isn't made for swimming. If it gets wet, wipe it with a dry cloth and let it air dry.

How do I change the AirTag battery?
Slide the AirTag out of the pocket, replace the battery as Apple describes, and slip it back in. The collar doesn't need to come off your dog's neck for long.

Can I exchange the size?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit your dog, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another size. The collar must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
